Step 7 - The business owner no longer has any free time for friends and family and is even working weekends to deliver an impossible brief for a fraction of the costs
Step 8 - They finally deliver the project, exhausted but relieved, with nothing in the pipeline they start worrying about money
Step 9 - It’s not over yet, the bad fit client demands some free last minute edits to the work (that weren’t in the original brief).
Step 10 - Repeat step 8 and 9 a few times
Step 11 - The client complains about the work not getting the unrealistic results they expected and demands a refund or badmouth the business owner.
